Booking terms

These terms apply to the booking and rental of Fabrique Studios.

1. Booking

A booking enquiry is not a confirmed booking.

The booking becomes binding when Fabrique Studios has confirmed the date, time and price in writing and the customer has accepted the booking and the booking terms.

2. Rental period

Standard studio rental includes 10 hours.

The start and end times are specified in the booking confirmation.

Loading in, setup, production, breakdown, cleaning and restoring the studio must all take place within the booked time.

3. Price

The standard studio rental rate is:

SEK 5,000 excluding VAT / 10 hours.

The same rate applies on weekdays and weekends.

All equipment listed as included on the Fabrique Studios website is included in the rental.

4. Overtime

Overtime is charged at:

SEK 1,500 excluding VAT per hour or part thereof.

Overtime is only possible if the studio is available after the booked time.

5. Cancellation

Cancellations must be made in writing.

More than 5 weekdays before the booking: No charge.

3–5 weekdays before the booking: 50% of the booking value is charged.

0–2 weekdays before the booking: 100% of the booking value is charged.

In the event of a no-show, 100% of the booking value is charged.

6. Payment

All prices are stated excluding VAT.

Payment is by invoice with 30-day payment terms, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Invoices are issued by Magnus Cramer Fotograf AB.

Fabrique Studios may require advance payment from new customers, for larger productions or for bookings with special circumstances.

7. Equipment

Equipment listed as included on the Fabrique Studios website is included in the studio rental.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the equipment is used correctly and safely.

Faults or damage must be reported to Fabrique Studios immediately.

8. Damage and loss

The customer is responsible for damage to the premises, equipment and furnishings arising during the rental period through negligence, improper use or actions by people involved in the production.

Damaged or lost equipment is charged at the cost of repair or replacement.

The customer is responsible for maintaining appropriate insurance for the production and their own equipment.

9. Cleaning and restoring the studio

The studio must be left in the same orderly condition as on arrival.

Equipment, furniture and furnishings used must be returned to their usual places within the booked time.

If additional cleaning or restoration is required, a charge of SEK 1,500 excluding VAT applies.

For more extensive cleaning or restoration, the actual cost may be charged.

10. Customer equipment

The customer may bring their own camera, lighting, grip and production equipment.

Fabrique Studios is not responsible for damage to or loss of equipment or belongings owned by the customer or a third party.

11. Deliveries and materials

Delivery or storage of equipment, props or other materials before or after the booked time must be approved by Fabrique Studios in advance.

Fabrique Studios is not responsible for delays or errors by carriers or other external suppliers.

12. Special productions

Productions involving major set construction, painting, liquids, smoke, open flames, vehicles, extensive props or other unusual demands on the premises must be approved in advance.

Special terms or additional charges may apply to these productions.

13. Responsibility on the premises

The customer is responsible for everyone participating in or visiting the production during the rental period.

The premises and equipment must be used safely and responsibly.

14. Cancellation by Fabrique Studios

If Fabrique Studios is unable to provide the studio due to circumstances within our control, any studio rental fee paid will be refunded.

Fabrique Studios is not responsible for indirect costs, lost production or other consequential loss.

15. Force majeure

Fabrique Studios is not responsible if a booking cannot proceed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as government decisions, major operational disruptions, fire, natural events or comparable circumstances.

The parties will first try to find a new date for the booking.
